Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Courses: If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 4 days of purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
- Live Classes: Refund requests for live classes must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the class.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@creatorcosmos.com with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
- Review Process: Our team will review your request and notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days.
- Refund Approval: If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are non-refundable, including:
- Courses that have been more than 20% completed.
- Live classes for which the refund request was made less than 72 hours before the start time.
- Any downloadable materials or resources that have been accessed or downloaded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for courses or live classes. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please request a refund and make a new purchase for the desired course or class.
Technical Issues
If you experience any technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing a course, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and may provide a refund or credit in certain circumstances.
